Common concerns and tips
In the first month, sleep is still chaotic, the baby cries often and much, and feeding routines are being established. Many parents worry whether the baby is ‘developing normally’ — at this phase, what counts is reflexes, feeding and gradual awakening.
Development varies. This information is based on WHO and CDC milestones but does not replace paediatric assessment. If in doubt, consult your paediatrician.
