- 1Due date! Your baby is fully ready
- 2Skull bones are not fused — will adapt to birth canal
- 3Baby has enough fat reserves for first days of life

Common symptoms
- Strong impatience — where is the baby?
- Practice contractions may feel like real ones
- Exhaustion and adrenaline at the same time
- Mucus membrane may release
Checklist for this week
- Patience: only 4-5% of babies arrive on due date — +/- 2 weeks is normal
- Natural labor encouragement: walking, climbing stairs, raspberry leaf tea
- If overdue, doctor will monitor closely
